The TMT 800LS electric automatic gates are certainly a robust motor for sliding gates, tailored for residential and semi-commercial applications weighing up to 800kgs. Designed to withstand Australian conditions, this motor features a soft start/finish mechanism and offers swift travel speeds.
There are 2 options for this setup. Option 1 is supplied with an outdoor transformer that allows the DIY installer to position the Plug-in step-down transformer (240 volt to 24 volt) up to 30mtrs away from the opener using 2 core cable (not included)…much like installing 12 volt garden lighting….quick and easy. Option 2 using the internal transformer which allows for an electrican to hardwire power direct to the unit or plug directly in to a powerpoint at the gate.
